Rob Armstrong is the Managing Director of Factors Direct and brings more than 25 years of experience in property factoring and facilities management. His work has covered everything from traditional Glasgow tenements and smaller shared blocks to larger residential developments, giving him a grounded understanding of the practical issues owners face when a building needs careful, consistent management.

Rob's particular expertise lies in the areas that have the greatest long-term impact on a shared property: regular building inspections, planned maintenance, major repair projects, contractor standards and keeping owners properly informed when work is needed. He believes a property factor should do more than respond when something fails. The better approach is to spot issues early, explain them clearly and help owners make sensible decisions before a small problem becomes a more disruptive and expensive one.
